La FMH endeuillée par le décès du docteur et professeur Djajadiman Gatot

C’est avec une profonde tristesse que la Fédération mondiale de l’hémophilie (FMH) a appris le décès récent du docteur et professeur Djajadiman Gatot, pédiatre consultant en hématologie-oncologie à l’hôpital Primaya Evasari de Jakarta (Indonésie) et président de la Société indonésienne de l’hémophilie.

« Prof Djaja », comme il était souvent appelé avec affection, était le créateur de la Fondation d’oncologie pédiatrique d’Indonésie. Il a travaillé dans le domaine des cancers pédiatriques et de la santé infantile à l’hôpital Primaya Evasari. Il a joué un rôle essentiel dans le soutien aux personnes au sein de cette institution, et a énormément travaillé avec la FMH dans le cadre de multiples initiatives. Il a contribué à la revue officielle de la FMH, Haemophilia, et collaboré avec la Fédération pour mettre en œuvre divers programmes, comme le Programme PACT et le Programme d’aide humanitaire de la FMH.

Au nom de toute la communauté mondiale des troubles de la coagulation, la FMH tient à adresser ses plus sincères condoléances à toute la famille de Djajadiman Gatot, ainsi qu’à ses ami·es et collègues.

The WFH has been made aware of various correspondences—circulated via e-mail and telephone—coming from individuals impersonating WFH staff or falsely stating that they are associated with the WFH. These correspondences, which may seek to obtain money using the name of someone affiliated with the WFH, are fraudulent and come from outside of our organization.

If you receive a suspicious solicitation, exercise extreme caution. In the case of an email, look at the email address to see if it looks suspicious (for example, all WFH emails come from @wfh.org).
