出血性疾患について

出血性疾患では、血液がうまく固まらないため、健常人よりも出血が長く続くことがあります。また、関節や筋肉などに自然出血が起こったりすることで、発育に影響したり運動機能障害が生涯続いたりすることがあります。

遺伝性出血性疾患

出血性疾患では、血液がうまく固まらないため、健常人よりも出血が長く続くことがあり、関節や筋肉などで自然出血を起こすことがあります。

血友病について

血友病は出血性疾患です。血友病患者は健常人より出血速度が速まるわけではありませんが、出血が長く続くことがあります。血友病患者の血液には、出血を抑えるタンパク質である凝固因子が不足しています。

WOMEN AND GIRLS WITH HEMOPHILIA

For many years, people believed that only men and boys (or males) could have symptoms of hemophilia, and that women who “carry” the hemophilia gene do not experience bleeding symptoms themselves. We now know that many women and girls do experience symptoms of hemophilia.

インヒビター

インヒビターは、凝固因子製剤によって血友病患者の免疫機能が働いた場合に起きる深刻な医療上の問題です。治療が受けられている患者であっても、インヒビターは今日の血友病における最大の課題の1つです。

定期補充療法

定期補充療法とは、出血を防ぐため凝固因子製剤を定期的に投与することです。中等症や軽症の患者には自然出血がほとんど起きないことから考え出された治療法です。また、中等症や軽症の患者は、重症の患者に比べて関節障害の発生が少ないです。

フォン・ヴィレブランド病

フォン・ヴィレブランド病(VWD)は、最も数多い出血性疾患です。VWD患者は、出血を抑える働きを持つフォン・ヴィレブランド因子(VWF)と呼ばれる血液中のタンパク質に問題があります。世界人口の最大1%がVWDであると推定されていますが、そのうちの9割はVWDとの診断を受けていません。

まれな凝固因子欠乏症

まれな凝固因子欠乏症は、1つまたは複数の凝固因子の障害によって生じる遺伝性出血性疾患です。凝固因子は出血を抑える血液中のタンパク質です。止血には、さまざまな凝固因子が関与する化学反応が働いています。

遺伝性血小板障害

血小板は血液中を循環している小さな細胞です。これは、血栓の形成や損傷した血管の修復にかかわっています。血小板機能異常では血小板が本来の働きをせず、出血しやすくなったりあざができやすくなったりします。
