О коагулопатиях

У человека с коагулопатией нарушен процесс свертывания крови. По этой причине кровотечение может продолжаться дольше обычного, а у некоторых людей могут возникать спонтанные кровоизлияния в суставы, мышцы или другие части тела. Это способно затруднить развитие и привести к стойким нарушениям двигательной функции.

НАСЛЕДСТВЕННЫЕ КОАГУЛОПАТИИ

У человека с коагулопатией нарушен процесс свертывания крови. По этой причине кровотечение может продолжаться дольше обычного, а у некоторых людей могут возникать спонтанные кровоизлияния в суставы, мышцы или другие части тела.

ГЕМОФИЛИЯ

Гемофилия вызывается нарушениями в свертывающей системе крови. У людей с гемофилией кровотечение происходит не активнее обычного, но может продолжаться дольше. В их крови недостаточно фактора свертывания, т.е. белка, который останавливает кровотечение.

НОСИТЕЛЬНИЦЫ И ЖЕНЩИНЫ С ГЕМОФИЛИЕЙ

For many years, people believed that only men and boys (or males) could have symptoms of hemophilia, and that women who “carry” the hemophilia gene do not experience bleeding symptoms themselves. We now know that many women and girls do experience symptoms of hemophilia.

ИНГИБИТОРЫ

Ингибиторы представляют собой серьезную медицинскую проблему, возникающую как иммунный ответ организма на лечение гемофилии концентратами фактора свертывания. Там, где люди получают достаточное медицинское обслуживание, лечение ингибиторов на сегодняшний день является одной из самых сложных задач в области гемофилии.

ПРОФИЛАКТИКА

Профилактика — это регулярные инфузии концентратов фактора свертывания с целью предотвращения кровотечения. Концепция профилактики возникла в результате наблюдения, что у лиц со среднетяжелой и легкой гемофилией редко бывают спонтанные кровотечения. Их суставы также поражены меньше , чем у людей с тяжелой гемофилией.

БОЛЕЗНЬ ВИЛЛЕБРАНДА

Болезнь Виллебранда (БВ) является самой распространенной коагулопатией. У людей с БВ имеются нарушения в белке крови, который называется фактор Виллебранда (ФВ) и помогает останавливать кровотечение. По существующим оценкам, от БВ страдает до 1% населения планеты, однако у 9 из 10 пациентов болезнь Виллебранда не диагностирована.

РЕДКИЕ ДЕФИЦИТЫ ФАКТОРОВ СВЕРТЫВАНИЯ

Редкие дефициты факторов свертывания — это наследственные коагулопатии, вызванные проблемой с одним или несколькими факторами свертывания. Факторы свертывания — это белки крови, которые останавливают кровотечение. Для остановки кровотечения необходимо взаимодействие многих различных факторов свертывания в серии химических реакций.

НАСЛЕДСТВЕННЫЕ НАРУШЕНИЯ ФУНКЦИИ ТРОМБОЦИТОВ

Тромбоциты — это небольшие клетки, циркулирующие в крови. Они участвуют в формировании кровяных сгустков и восстановлении поврежденных кровеносных сосудов. Нарушение функции тромбоцитов — это заболевание, при котором тромбоциты не работают, как нужно. Отсюда возникает тенденция к кровотечениям или образованию синяков.
