L’outil remanié de prise de décision partagée de la FMH est en ligne !

La Fédération mondiale de l’hémophilie (FMH) vient de terminer le remaniement de son Outil de prise de décision partagée. Les changements en ont amélioré l’intuitivité, l’accessibilité et la durabilité, encourageant ainsi son utilisation dans toute la communauté des troubles de la coagulation.

L’Outil de prise de décision partagée de la FMH vise à encourager un dialogue constructif sur les possibilités de traitement de l’hémophilie en proposant du contenu pédagogique fondé sur les preuves, et en aidant les utilisateurs et utilisatrices à clarifier leurs valeurs et leurs préférences. Il est pensé pour être utilisé par les personnes atteintes d’hémophilie, les aidant·es et les professionnel·les de santé, que ce soit dans un cadre clinique ou non.

Les nouveautés :

L’Outil est disponible en anglais, français, espagnol, japonais, allemand, néerlandais et italien, et nous prévoyons d’ajouter d’autres langues prochainement.

Unauthorized solicitations – Warning

The WFH has been made aware of various correspondences—circulated via e-mail and telephone—coming from individuals impersonating WFH staff or falsely stating that they are associated with the WFH. These correspondences, which may seek to obtain money using the name of someone affiliated with the WFH, are fraudulent and come from outside of our organization.

If you receive a suspicious solicitation, exercise extreme caution. In the case of an email, look at the email address to see if it looks suspicious (for example, all WFH emails come from @wfh.org).
