Alok Srivastava élu membre médical du conseil d’administration de la FMH

La Fédération mondiale de l’hémophilie (FMH) a le plaisir d’annoncer qu’Alok Srivastava (MD) a été élu membre médical du conseil d’administration de la FMH, à l’occasion de l’assemblée générale qui s’est tenue au Congrès mondial 2024 de la FMH à Madrid (Espagne). Son mandat durera quatre ans.

Alok Srivastava (MD) est hématologue à Vellore (Inde) et possède plus de trente ans d’expérience. Il est aujourd’hui professeur émérite au département d’hématologie du Christian Medical College de Vellore, mais aussi président de l’Indian Association for Hemophilia and Allied Disorders. M. Srivastava est titulaire d’un diplôme de médecine de l’Université de Madras (Inde), avec une sous-spécialité en hématologie.

Srivastava a travaillé sur des programmes de formation médicale dans le cadre du Programme de bourses des Centres internationaux de formation en hémophilie (CIFH), soutenu le développement du Sondage mondial annuel de la FMH, et dirigé l’élaboration des trois éditions successives des Lignes directrices pour la prise en charge de l’hémophilie, y compris la dernière en date. Il a également été membre du comité de la FMH sur la sécurité, l’approvisionnement et la disponibilité des produits, ainsi que du Forum mondial de la FMH et des Tables rondes sur la thérapie génique.
