El RMTC de la FMH: información de los primeros 10 000 pacientes

El Registro Mundial de Trastornos de la Coagulación (RMTC) de la Federación Mundial de Hemofilia (FMH) es el único registro mundial que recopila datos clínicos estandarizados sobre personas con hemofilia (PCH) y personas con la enfermedad de Von Willebrand (EVW). El RMTC ofrece una plataforma de ingreso de datos basada en Internet a una amplia red de centros de tratamiento de hemofilia (CTH) para que recolecten y administren sus datos. La FMH se enorgullece en anunciar la publicación de un manuscrito titulado «El Registro Mundial de Trastornos de la Coagulación de la Federación Mundial de Hemofilia: información de los primeros 10 000 pacientes», el cual contiene información que determinará la futura orientación de la atención de los trastornos de la coagulación alrededor del mundo. El manuscrito fue desarrollado por el Comité Directivo del RMTC, el personal del RMTC y los proveedores de atención médica de hemofilia participantes. Con los hallazgos obtenidos de más de 10 000 pacientes en 40 países, esta publicación constituye una hoja de ruta crucial para comprender y abordar los desafíos únicos que enfrentan las PCH. Este tipo de investigación resulta útil para informar los esfuerzos de cabildeo basados en evidencia, la práctica clínica y las políticas de atención médica, así como para mejorar la calidad de la atención de las personas con trastornos de la coagulación hereditarios.

The WFH has been made aware of various correspondences—circulated via e-mail and telephone—coming from individuals impersonating WFH staff or falsely stating that they are associated with the WFH. These correspondences, which may seek to obtain money using the name of someone affiliated with the WFH, are fraudulent and come from outside of our organization.

If you receive a suspicious solicitation, exercise extreme caution. In the case of an email, look at the email address to see if it looks suspicious (for example, all WFH emails come from @wfh.org).
