Next week’s Congress will include over 90 hours of educational sessions across eight tracks: medical, people with bleeding disorders (PWBDs), as well as six professional development tracks. To help you zero in on the sessions that are right for you, check out these articles and mark your calendars!
Earn CME credits at Congress
Earn up to 32 European Board for Accreditation in Hematology (EBAH) CME credits by attending Congress. CME accreditation for the WFH 2024 World Congress will be managed through the EBAH-CME system, allowing participants to print their EBAH-CME certificates, review and manage their personal account, and search for accredited events based on the European Hematology Curriculum. Expand your horizons with free workshops
This year’s Congress will offer eleven interactive professional development workshops, giving participants a unique opportunity to interact closely with experts and peers and get hands-on experience on a variety of topics. Space is limited and will be allotted on a first-come first-serve basis, so make sure to arrive early! Every effort will be made to accommodate all delegates, subject to space availability. Free paper sessions show breadth of abstracts submitted to Congress
The free paper sessions at Congress will showcase top-scoring abstracts submitted by experts in the field. These sessions will delve into groundbreaking research across a variety of disciplines and will feature authors presenting their abstracts as an oral presentation, followed by a Q&A period. Sustainability at Congress
The WFH is taking steps to ensure that Congress is a sustainable event by hiring vendors with sustainability initiatives, providing a carbon emission offset tool, making water fountains available in the exhibit hall (to reduce the need for bottled water) and reducing the quantity of printed material distributed at the event.
