Исследования и сбор данных

Наша исследовательская деятельность и работа по сбору данных консолидированы в рамках «Программы ВФГ по исследованиям и сбору данных». В нее входят «Годовой всемирный опрос», «Всемирный регистр коагулопатий», «Регистр генной терапии» и соответствующие образовательные и наращивающие потенциал мероприятия. Наша цель — дать национальным членским организациям (НЧО) и центрам лечения гемофилии (ЦЛГ) инструменты для расширения их потенциала, основу для сбора данных о лицах с коагулопатиями, а также предоставить обучение и тренинг по применению таких данных в исследованиях и адвокации с целью улучшения лечения.

ГОДОВОЙ ВСЕМИРНЫЙ ОПРОС

«Годовой всемирный опрос» — это ежегодное перекрестное исследование национальных членских организаций (НЧО) в ВФГ. В него входят демографические данные и данные о лечении людей с гемофилией, болезнью Виллебранда, редкими дефицитами факторов и наследственными нарушениями тромбоцитов.

РЕГИСТР ГЕННОЙ ТЕРАПИИ

Генная терапия представляет собой новый, развивающийся подход к лечению гемофилии. В ходе клинических испытаний была установлена эффективность генной терапии в снижении кровотечений и сокращении используемых гемостатических средств как минимум в течение 5-8 лет после инфузии препарата. Однако по окончании первоначальных программ клинических испытаний многие вопросы, касающиеся долгосрочной безопасности, вариабельности и долговременной эффективности, остаются без ответа. Пожизненное наблюдение за пациентами имеет решающее значение для контроля долгосрочной безопасности и эффективности генной терапии.

ВСЕМИРНЫЙ РЕГИСТР КОАГУЛОПАТИЙ

ВРК — это единственный всемирный регистр, где собираются стандартизированные клинические данные о лицах с гемофилией (ЛсГ) и лицах с болезнью Виллебранда (БВ). ВРК предоставляет большой сети участвующих центров лечения гемофилии (ЦЛГ) интернет-платформу для ввода данных с целью их сбора и управления.

The WFH has been made aware of various correspondences—circulated via e-mail and telephone—coming from individuals impersonating WFH staff or falsely stating that they are associated with the WFH. These correspondences, which may seek to obtain money using the name of someone affiliated with the WFH, are fraudulent and come from outside of our organization.

If you receive a suspicious solicitation, exercise extreme caution. In the case of an email, look at the email address to see if it looks suspicious (for example, all WFH emails come from @wfh.org).
