Serie de webinarios: Toma de decisiones compartidas en el tratamiento de la hemofilia

La Herramienta de la Federación Mundial de Hemofilia (FMH) para la toma de decisiones compartidas (SDM por su sigla en inglés) fomenta la colaboración entre médicos y pacientes a fin de tomar decisiones de tratamiento basadas en pruebas científicas que equilibren los riesgos y los resultados esperados con las preferencias y los valores de los pacientes. Este febrero y marzo acompáñenos para aprender más sobre por qué es importante incluir a las personas con hemofilia (PCH) en sus decisiones de tratamiento.

La serie de tres webinarios abordará los tratamientos con y sin factor disponibles para la hemofilia, tales como concentrados de vida media estándar (VME) y de vida media prolongada (VMP), anticuerpos biespecíficos, agentes reequilibrantes, y terapia génica. Hablaremos sobre la manera de tomar en cuenta los beneficios y los riesgos de cada tratamiento, así como las ventajas que el uso de la herramienta ofrece tanto a PCH como a proveedores de atención médica. Durante el tercer webinario se compartirán experiencias de la vida real de médicos y PCH que han usado la Herramienta de la FMH para la toma de decisiones compartidas. Después de las presentaciones habrá un amplio periodo de preguntas y respuestas.

The WFH has been made aware of various correspondences—circulated via e-mail and telephone—coming from individuals impersonating WFH staff or falsely stating that they are associated with the WFH. These correspondences, which may seek to obtain money using the name of someone affiliated with the WFH, are fraudulent and come from outside of our organization.

If you receive a suspicious solicitation, exercise extreme caution. In the case of an email, look at the email address to see if it looks suspicious (for example, all WFH emails come from @wfh.org).
