People with bleeding disorders continue to face significant challenges in diagnosis, access to treatment and care around the world. To overcome these challenges, several WHO Member States are leading efforts for the adoption of a dedicated WHA resolution to increase equitable access to diagnosis, treatment and care for people with bleeding disorders across the globe. The WFH applauds the leadership of the countries leading this landmark initiative: the Republic of Armenia, co-sponsored by Bosnia & Herzegovina, Egypt, Georgia, Iraq, Latvia, Malta, Morocco, Nepal, Paraguay, Spain, Sri Lanka and Togo.
