The WFH 2024 World Congress will bring all stakeholders from the international bleeding disorders community together in one place. The Congress will take place at the IFEMA Convention Centre in Madrid—a world-class venue in a world-class city that’s easily accessible to international travelers. The Congress program will include two main tracks—medical and people with bleeding disorders (PWBD)—and six professional development tracks: nurses, dental, laboratory sciences, psychosocial, musculoskeletal (MSK) and women and girls with bleeding disorders (WGBD).

People from various specialties and interests will be taking part in Congress, including patients, family members, healthcare professionals, researchers, policy makers, advocates, and industry members. Congress is a forum for participants to share knowledge and education, foster collaboration, and extend their network. Registration is easy and secure using our online system. If you are a citizen of a low income, lower middle income, or upper middle-income country (as defined by the World Bank), you may be eligible for a special Passport to the World fee. Find out more about that here.
Accommodations
The WFH Housing Bureau offers WFH 2024 World Congress participants carefully selected hotels with competitive room rates—all within a 20-minute drive of the Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport. All WFH-selected hotels offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the IFEMA Convention Center.
Attendees will be able to reserve hotel accommodations using the same online platform used for registration. We ask that all attendees use the centralized online housing system during online registration to make reservations. This will ensure that you receive the best negotiated rates from Sunday, April 21 to Wednesday, April 24.
