To help you bring attention to hemophilia and other inherited bleeding disorders in your local and global community and raise awareness of the need for inclusion in national policy this World Hemophilia Day, the WFH is offering free downloadable resources you can use to share the news with your friends, family, and your region.
This year—for the first time—we have published an advocacy toolkit which will give you tips on how to engage your local government and best get involved this year. You will also be able to download a government petition letter template to help you advocate in writing with your local representative (coming soon to wfh.org/whd). And, in the next few months, we will be releasing many social media tools for you to use, such as our social media toolkit and Facebook frames. We will also open the official World Hemophilia Day story site, where you—and other people from around the world—can share their stories.
Here’s a complete list of everything you can download to help you make an impact on April 17 this year. All content is available in English, French and Spanish. A lot of these materials are available now, and we will be releasing more as we get closer to World Hemophilia Day.
