The room block is sold out!

Please send an email to [email protected] for alternative options in the area.

To promote efficient room block management—and to help keep registration fees affordable—we encourage participants to book within the official CCS housing block. Attendees who do so will receive a 10% discount on their attendee registration fees.

The WFH 2025 Comprehensive Care Summit is taking place at the Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, which is only 1 km from Dubai International Airport. Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Please note that these rates are applicable for a period of four days prior to, and following, the Summit.

To reserve your room, simply click here to register for the event and secure your room reservation. Rooms are limited, so we recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability within the official block and access to the best room rates.

Scam alert! Beware of unauthorized housing companies

Please be vigilant if approached by any housing service other than the WFH Housing Bureau that implies or claims to be the “official housing provider” for the WFH 2025 Comprehensive Care Summit.

Reservations made through an agency other than WFH Housing Bureau will be at your own risk. Please inform us at [email protected] if you are approached by any agency that claims to represent the WFH.
