Andreina started her career in compliance and financial reporting at Smurfit Kappa Cart\u00f3n de Venezuela for three years before being appointed head of the company\u2019s Social Responsibility Department which focused on delivering education and healthcare services to the company\u2019s neighbouring impoverished communities for four years. In that role Andreina worked directly with local governments and the community to improve access to health services and education. She also represented the Smurfit Kappa Foundation in RedAmerica a network of private foundations that promotes the transformation of investment and social practices of companies and foundations in Latin America for the development of sustainable communities. Andreina moved to Montreal, Canada in 2011 and for over 9 years, has been a member of the WFH staff in different capacities, currently as Head of Global Training Programs she oversees a number of WFH healthcare development programs such as the International Hemophilia Training Centre (IHTC) Fellowship program, the Twinning program, the International External Quality Assessment Scheme (IEQAS) program, the Women\u2019s Initiative, the Youth Leadership program and Susan Skinner Memorial Fund Scholarships as well as the Global National Member Organization Training amongst others. Andreina&rsquo;s career has been marked by a dedication to help those in need.
