Son engagement pour les progr\u00e8s de la sant\u00e9 publique en Tha\u00eflande \u00e9tait largement reconnu\u00a0: elle avait \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 utiliser des concentr\u00e9s de plaquettes pour traiter la dengue, avait introduit le traitement par cryopr\u00e9cipit\u00e9 pour l\u2019h\u00e9mophilie ainsi que le d\u00e9pistage du VIH par antig\u00e8ne. En tant que cheffe du service national tha\u00eflandais pour l\u2019h\u00e9mophilie, elle a d\u00e9fendu des am\u00e9liorations strat\u00e9giques qui ont pos\u00e9 les bases des soins de l\u2019h\u00e9mophilie en Tha\u00eflande, et \u00e9tabli un standard au niveau r\u00e9gional.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les ann\u00e9es 1980, la Pr Isarangkura a dirig\u00e9 le bureau r\u00e9gional de la FMH pour l\u2019Association des nations de l\u2019Asie du Sud-Est, le seul \u00e0 \u00eatre rest\u00e9 actif au-del\u00e0 des ann\u00e9es 1990 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa direction efficace. Respect\u00e9e pour sa mani\u00e8re unique d\u2019associer diplomatie et d\u00e9termination, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 la mentor de beaucoup de ses coll\u00e8gues en Asie du Sud-Est. En 2004, elle a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le essentiel dans le succ\u00e8s du Congr\u00e8s mondial de la FMH qui s\u2019est tenu \u00e0 Bangkok.<\/p>\n<p>Au nom de la communaut\u00e9 mondiale des troubles de la coagulation, la FMH tient \u00e0 adresser ses plus sinc\u00e8res condol\u00e9ances \u00e0 la famille de la Pr Parttaporn Isarangkura, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 ses ami\u00b7es et coll\u00e8gues.
