Elle est b\u00e9n\u00e9vole depuis neuf ans aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019Association tunisienne de l\u2019h\u00e9mophilie, qui est une organisation nationale membre (ONM) de la FMH, et y a occup\u00e9 divers r\u00f4les, notamment en si\u00e9geant au conseil d\u2019administration. Elle est actuellement conseill\u00e8re m\u00e9dicale et scientifique pour cette ONM. Elle est aussi cheffe du Centre de traitement des h\u00e9mophiles de Tunis, qui est le CTH de la ville.<\/p>\n<p>En collaborant avec la FMH en tant que leader au sein de l\u2019ONM tunisienne, Mme Gouider a pu construire un programme national de traitement de l\u2019h\u00e9mophilie qui fonctionne tr\u00e8s bien, travailler avec les gouvernements afin de mettre en place un processus d\u2019appel d\u2019offres pour les concentr\u00e9s de facteur de coagulation, \u00e9laborer un centre de traitement d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00e9mophilie pourvu d\u2019une \u00e9quipe multidisciplinaire, et introduire un programme de prophylaxie \u00e0 faible dose pour les enfants. Elle travaille aussi \u00e0 la lutte contre certains tabous sociaux afin d\u2019attirer l\u2019attention sur les femmes et les filles atteintes d\u2019un trouble de la coagulation dans son pays.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019exp\u00e9rience pr\u00e9cieuse d\u2019Emna Gouider dans son mandat de vice-pr\u00e9sidente en charge des ONM sera un atout pour la FMH.
