RMTC<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d80730a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d80730a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le Programme de financement des CTH du Registre mondial des troubles de la coagulation (RMTC) vise \u00e0 soutenir financi\u00e8rement la collecte de donn\u00e9es dans les CTH membres du RMTC dans les pays \u00e0 revenu faible et de la tranche interm\u00e9diaire inf\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>Ce programme est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 aider les CTH \u00e0 renforcer le recrutement des patients, l\u2019enregistrement des consultations de suivi et l\u2019utilisation d\u2019outils d\u2019\u00e9valuation des capacit\u00e9s fonctionnelles et de la qualit\u00e9 de class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"clamp_p\">Le CTH candidat doit remplir toutes les conditions suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00catre situ\u00e9 dans un pays \u00e0 faible ou moyen revenu, selon la classification actuelle du <a href=\"https:\/\/datahelpdesk.worldbank.org\/knowledgebase\/articles\/906519-world-bank-country-and-lending-groups\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">revenu national brut par la Banque mondiale<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Avoir obtenu, et partag\u00e9 avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe du RMTC, une lettre d\u2019approbation \u00e9thique validant sa participation au RMTC. La FMH devra \u00e9galement \u00eatre notifi\u00e9e de tout changement d\u2019affiliation. Les fonds seront vers\u00e9s en une seule fois \u00e0 l\u2019organisme b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-080a9e6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"080a9e6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">FONDS<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-48d46aa clamp_p elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"48d46aa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"clamp_p\">La somme allou\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque CTH est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e en fonction de trois cat\u00e9gories et est bas\u00e9e sur le nombre de patients actifs inscrits dans le RMTC ou sur le nombre de patients atteints d\u2019h\u00e9mophilie et de la maladie de Willebrand suivis au sein du CTH au moment de la candidature. Les chiffres font l\u2019objet d\u2019une r\u00e9\u00e9valuation \u00e0 chaque nouvelle demande de fonds.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"clamp_p\">\u00c0 r\u00e9ception des fonds, le b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire devra en notifier l\u2019institution dont il d\u00e9pend et accuser r\u00e9ception des fonds.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-694dd24 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"694dd24\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">PROGR\u00c8S<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ce98f58 clamp_p elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ce98f58\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"clamp_p\">Les CTH b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires devront remplir un rapport financier o\u00f9 ils indiqueront comment les fonds ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"clamp_p\">De plus, les performances de saisie des donn\u00e9es dans le RMTC seront \u00e9valu\u00e9es pour d\u00e9terminer l\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 du CTH en cas de nouvelle demande de fonds.
