d\u00e9ployons en mati\u00e8re de recherche et de collecte de donn\u00e9es sont r\u00e9unis sous l\u2019\u00e9gide du Programme de recherche et de collecte de donn\u00e9es de la FMH, qui comprend le Sondage mondial annuel, le Registre mondial des troubles de la coagulation et les programmes d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation et de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s connexes. Les essais cliniques ont \u00e9tabli l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de la th\u00e9rapie g\u00e9nique dans la diminution des saignements et du recours aux traitements h\u00e9mostatiques pendant au moins 5\u202f\u00e0 8\u202fans apr\u00e8s l\u2019administration. Cependant, de nombreuses questions relatives \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme, la variabilit\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 restent encore en suspens \u00e0 la fin des programmes d&rsquo;essais cliniques initiaux. Le RMTC fournit une plateforme de saisie des donn\u00e9es en ligne \u00e0 un vaste r\u00e9seau de centres de traitement de l\u2019h\u00e9mophilie (CTH) participants afin de recueillir et de g\u00e9rer
