Les Lignes directrices proposent une approche syst\u00e9matique et participative pour le d\u00e9veloppement des capacit\u00e9s organisationnelles bas\u00e9e adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 cet effet. Elles comprennent \u00e9galement un outil d&rsquo;auto-\u00e9valuation con\u00e7u pour aider les ONM \u00e0 comprendre, mesurer et am\u00e9liorer leurs performances. Cet outil sert de guide pour l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des capacit\u00e9s et encourage la participation active de diff\u00e9rents groupes au sein des
