Ha sido miembro del comit\u00e9 directivo de la organizaci\u00f3n nacional miembro (ONM) de Espa\u00f1a, la Federaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Hemofilia, y fue tambi\u00e9n miembro lego del consejo directivo de la FMH durante cinco a\u00f1os. Actualmente es presidente de la Real Fundaci\u00f3n Victoria Eugenia, organizaci\u00f3n dedicada a promover y divulgar investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica en el campo de la hemofilia y otros trastornos afines.<\/p>\n<p>La carrera profesional de Silva abarca 15 a\u00f1os en muchas organizaciones sin fines de lucro, inclusive cargos de nivel ejecutivo en una organizaci\u00f3n para personas con discapacidades en Galicia. Actualmente trabaja en educaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n vocacional para estudiantes j\u00f3venes en un centro educativo en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Como miembro lego, la valiosa experiencia de David Silva ser\u00e1 un gran activo para la FMH.
