Era conocido por su dedicaci\u00f3n para asegurarse de que los pacientes en B\u00e9lgica recibieran la mejor atenci\u00f3n posible. Tambi\u00e9n se encontraba muy presente a escala internacional y colabor\u00f3 con la FMH en muchas iniciativas; el hermanamiento en curso entre B\u00e9lgica y Costa de Marfil constituye un revelador ejemplo de su dedicaci\u00f3n y compromiso.
