Durante nueve a\u00f1os ha sido voluntaria de la Asociaci\u00f3n Tunecina de Hemofilia, la ONM de la FMH, ocupando diversos cargos, entre ellos el de miembro de su consejo directivo. Actualmente es asesora m\u00e9dica y cient\u00edfica de la ONM. Es tambi\u00e9n jefe del Centro de Tratamiento de Hemofilia (CTH) en T\u00fanez.<\/p>\n<p>Al colaborar con la FMH como l\u00edder de la ONM tunecina, Gouider logr\u00f3 crear un exitoso programa nacional de tratamiento de la hemofilia; trabajar estrechamente con los gobiernos a fin de establecer un proceso de licitaci\u00f3n para la compra de concentrados de factor de coagulaci\u00f3n; establecer un centro de tratamiento de hemofilia especializado, con un equipo multidisciplinario capacitado; e implementar un programa de profilaxis con dosis bajas para ni\u00f1os. Tambi\u00e9n ha trabajado para acabar con algunos tab\u00fas sociales, con el prop\u00f3sito de incrementar el enfoque en mujeres y ni\u00f1as con trastornos de la coagulaci\u00f3n en su pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>La invaluable experiencia de Emna Gouider como vicepresidente para ONM ser\u00e1 de gran valor para la FMH.
