de corto plazo entre centros de tratamiento, organizaciones de pacientes, y l\u00edderes juveniles de pa\u00edses en v\u00edas de desarrollo con sus contrapartes de pa\u00edses desarrollados, durante periodos de dos a cuatro a\u00f1os. Centros de tratamiento de hemofilia, organizaciones de pacientes y grupos juveniles pueden participar en este programa, ayudando a mejorar el tratamiento y la atenci\u00f3n para personas con trastornos de la coagulaci\u00f3n hereditarios en pa\u00edses en v\u00edas de desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Durante m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os, el Programa de hermanamiento de la FMH ha establecido 265 alianzas en 119 pa\u00edses: 97 hermanamientos entre organizaciones de hemofilia, 162 hermanamientos entre centros de tratamiento de hemofilia, y 5 hermanamientos entre grupos juveniles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Durante la vigencia del programa, las alianzas de hermanamiento han mejorado el diagn\u00f3stico y el tratamiento, han enriquecido los conocimientos de los proveedores de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica que atienden a pacientes con trastornos de la coagulaci\u00f3n, han perfeccionado iniciativas de identificaci\u00f3n de pacientes, han facilitado el intercambio de recursos, han incrementado el apoyo gubernamental para los trastornos de la coagulaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de iniciativas de cabildeo, y han fortalecido a las organizaciones de pacientes mediante el desarrollo de determinada la posibilidad de hermanamiento se realizar\u00e1 una visita de valoraci\u00f3n.\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 1em;\">\n<li>La visita de valoraci\u00f3n constituye una oportunidad para que los posibles aliados se re\u00fanan, conozcan m\u00e1s sobre la situaci\u00f3n vigente en el pa\u00eds en v\u00edas de desarrollo, y aborden las maneras en las que una alianza de hermanamiento podr\u00eda ayudar a mejorar la atenci\u00f3n en dicho pa\u00eds.<\/li>\n<li>Al finalizar la visita de evaluaci\u00f3n, si las organizaciones o centros acordaran proseguir, se completar\u00e1 una solicitud formal en l\u00ednea, la cual se someter\u00e1 a consideraci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 de hermanamientos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div su alianza, de las siguientes maneras:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ayuda a los solicitantes interesados a encontrar un aliado de hermanamiento.<\/li>\n<li>Apoya econ\u00f3micamente al hermanamiento mediante financiamiento anual de proyectos y fondos para visitas de valoraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Ofrece orientaci\u00f3n y asesor\u00eda individualizadas a las alianzas de hermanamiento, a trav\u00e9s de los gerentes regionales de la FMH.<\/li>\n<li>Facilita el intercambio de experiencias entre alianzas de hermanamiento, incluso mediante reuniones de hermanamientos.<\/li>\n<li>Proporciona materiales
