la FMH para CTH<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d80730a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d80730a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El Programa de financiamiento del Registro Mundial de Trastornos de la Coagulaci\u00f3n (RMTC) de la FMH para CTH (PFC) est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado con el objeto de proporcionar fondos para apoyar actividades de recolecci\u00f3n de datos en CTH de pa\u00edses con ingresos bajos y medios bajos, participantes en el RMTC.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo del programa es ayudar a los CTH a mejorar la inscripci\u00f3n de pacientes, el registro de visitas de seguimiento, y el uso de escalas funcionales y del cuestionario sobre calidad de vida.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ELEGIBILIDAD<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-32a2ce6 clamp_p elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"32a2ce6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"clamp_p\">Los CTH solicitantes deber\u00e1n cumplir todos los criterios de elegibilidad mencionados a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Encontrarse en un pa\u00eds de ingresos bajos o medios bajos, de acuerdo con la <a href=\"https:\/\/datahelpdesk.worldbank.org\/knowledgebase\/articles\/906519-world-bank-country-and-lending-groups\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">clasificaci\u00f3n por INB del Banco Mundial<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Haber obtenido y compartido con el RMTC una carta de aprobaci\u00f3n \u00e9tica de su gobierno para participar en el RMTC. Si el CTH se encontrara en proceso de obtener la aprobaci\u00f3n \u00e9tica y cumpliera con todos los dem\u00e1s criterios, la solicitud se evaluar\u00e1 en cuanto se reciba la aprobaci\u00f3n \u00e9tica.<\/li>\n<li>Haber recibido la capacitaci\u00f3n sobre la base de datos en l\u00ednea del RMTC.<\/li>\n<li>Comprometerse a asistir al entrenamiento anual de actualizaci\u00f3n sobre ingreso de datos al RMTC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-36853ee elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"36853ee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-706721b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"706721b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">FINANCIAMIENTO<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-76bbc87 clamp_p elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"76bbc87\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"clamp_p\"><strong>Los CTH elegibles ser\u00e1n compensados con base en el n\u00famero de pacientes activos inscritos en el RMTC o en el n\u00famero de pacientes con hemofilia y enfermedad de von willebrand (EVW) identificados que reciben seguimiento en el CTH, al momento de la solicitud.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"clamp_p\">Los fondos se asignar\u00e1n por un periodo de un a\u00f1o y se entregar\u00e1n en un solo pago.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-9a5e22a elementor-section-full_width elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"9a5e22a\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-background-overlay\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-a4ad0cc\" data-id=\"a4ad0cc\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b14ba71 clamp_h2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b14ba71\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">T\u00c9RMINOS Y CONDICIONES<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6df2297 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"6df2297\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a100887 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a100887\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">CAMBIO EN LA SITUACI\u00d3N DE UN RECEPTOR<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e4a5895 clamp_p elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e4a5895\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"clamp_p\">El CTH receptor del financiamiento deber\u00e1 ponerse en contacto con la FMH para describir cualquier cambio importante en sus circunstancias que pudiera afectar el uso de los fondos. Tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1 notificarse a la FMH de cualquier cambio en la afiliaci\u00f3n de la instituci\u00f3n. La transferencia de los fondos a otra instituci\u00f3n o a otro investigador ser\u00e1 a exclusivo criterio de la FMH.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2d5576d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2d5576d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">GASTOS<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c477607 clamp_p elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c477607\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"clamp_p\">Los fondos deber\u00e1n utilizarse exclusivamente para gastos relacionados con las actividades del RMTC.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b8ed288 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b8ed288\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ENTREGA DE FONDOS<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-66b6eb1 clamp_p elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"66b6eb1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"clamp_p\">La FMH deber\u00e1 recibir todos los documentos necesarios antes de la transferencia de fondos. El financiamiento se entregar\u00e1 en un solo pago a la instituci\u00f3n anfitriona.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-080a9e6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"080a9e6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">FONDOS<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-48d46aa clamp_p elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"48d46aa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"clamp_p\">La cantidad de financiamiento por CTH se determina de acuerdo con un esquema de tres categor\u00edas y se basa en el n\u00famero\u00a0de pacientes con hemofilia y enfermedad de von willebrand (EVW) inscritos en el RMTC o identificados en el CTH al momento de la solicitud. Tales cifras volver\u00e1n a evaluarse al momento de solicitar la renovaci\u00f3n del financiamiento.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"clamp_p\">Una vez recibido el pago, el CTH receptor deber\u00e1 enviar una notificaci\u00f3n confirmando la recepci\u00f3n de los fondos.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-694dd24 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"694dd24\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">AVANCES<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ce98f58 clamp_p elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ce98f58\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"clamp_p\">Los CTH receptores de financiamiento deber\u00e1n completar un Informe de financiamiento en el que indiquen la manera en la que se utilizaron los fondos.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"clamp_p\">Asimismo, se realizar\u00e1 una evaluaci\u00f3n interna con base en el desempe\u00f1o para el ingreso de datos al RMTC, con el prop\u00f3sito de determinar la elegibilidad del CTH para una renovaci\u00f3n del financiamiento.
