investigaci\u00f3n y recolecci\u00f3n de datos se conjuntan bajo el Programa de la FMH de Investigaci\u00f3n y recolecci\u00f3n de datos, el cual comprende el Sondeo Mundial Anual, el Registro Mundial de Trastornos de la Coagulaci\u00f3n, y sus programas conexos de instrucci\u00f3n y desarrollo de la capacidad. Nuestro objetivo es proporcionar a organizaciones nacionales miembros (ONM) y centros de tratamiento de hemofilia (CTH) la capacidad y el marco de referencia para recolectar datos sobre personas con trastornos de la coagulaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la instrucci\u00f3n y la capacitaci\u00f3n a fin de utilizar tales datos en actividades de investigaci\u00f3n y para abogar por una mejor abarca datos demogr\u00e1ficos y relacionados con el tratamiento, a escala nacional, sobre personas con hemofilia (PCH), con enfermedad de Von Willebrand (EVW), con deficiencias poco comunes de factor hemofilia es una modalidad terap\u00e9utica novedosa y en evoluci\u00f3n. Los ensayos cl\u00ednicos han establecido la eficacia de la terapia g\u00e9nica para reducir hemorragias y el uso de tratamiento hemost\u00e1tico durante por lo menos 5 a 8 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de la infusi\u00f3n. No obstante, luego de haberse completado los programas iniciales de ensayos cl\u00ednicos, todav\u00eda permanecen muchas cuestiones sin resolver respecto a la seguridad, variabilidad y durabilidad de la eficacia a largo plazo. El RMTC ofrece una plataforma de ingreso de datos basada en internet a una amplia red de centros de tratamiento de hemofilia (CTH) participantes para que recolecten y administren sus
