no se ha identificado y diagnosticado a m\u00e1s del 75% de las personas que se espera vivan con hemofilia en todo el mundo. Las tasas de identificaci\u00f3n y diagn\u00f3stico son a\u00fan menores en el caso de mujeres con trastornos de la coagulaci\u00f3n y con enfermedad de Von Willebrand (EVW) y otros trastornos de la coagulaci\u00f3n poco comunes. Tambi\u00e9n hay disparidades entre diversas regiones del mundo, con menos pacientes identificados y diagnosticados en pa\u00edses de menores ingresos. recursos limitados, el diagn\u00f3stico, el tratamiento y la atenci\u00f3n para personas con trastornos de la coagulaci\u00f3n hereditarios se encuentran limitados o sencillamente no est\u00e1n disponibles. El objetivo de la Iniciativa Piedra Angular de la FMH es cerrar la brecha que existe en el tratamiento para personas con trastornos de la coagulaci\u00f3n proporcionando apoyo, experiencia y capacitaci\u00f3n a pa\u00edses con niveles de atenci\u00f3n m\u00ednimos. Los pa\u00edses que completan el Iniciativa son elegibles para participar en la gama completa de programas y actividades que ofrece la aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1762\"><p class=\"\">El proyecto de la Iniciativa Piedra Angular se implementa por un periodo de hasta cuatro a\u00f1os, dependiendo de las necesidades del pa\u00eds, los objetivos del programa, el nivel de \u00e9xito alcanzado y la cantidad de financiamiento. El proceso se realiza en tres fases:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"margin-bottom: 1.5em;\">\n<li><strong>Valoraci\u00f3n.<\/strong> Durante la fase de valoraci\u00f3n, la FMH recolecta informaci\u00f3n y establece una relaci\u00f3n de trabajo constante con la organizaci\u00f3n de pacientes. Enseguida, la FMH trabaja con el prop\u00f3sito de desarrollar normas de atenci\u00f3n b\u00e1sicas, y realiza visitas en el pa\u00eds a fin de determinar los objetivos del programa adecuados.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Implementaci\u00f3n.<\/strong> La FMH implementa las actividades planeadas que abordan las \u00e1reas espec\u00edficas que requieren apoyo y fortalecimiento. Personal y voluntarios expertos de la FMH monitorean y eval\u00faan los avances anualmente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cierre gradual.<\/strong> Cuando se logran los objetivos de la iniciativa en el pa\u00eds y se considera que los resultados son sustentables, la FMH empieza una fase de cierre gradual de la Iniciativa Piedra Angular. Generalmente se inscribe al IEQAS a un laboratorio de referencia principal de cada pa\u00eds. La FMH se comunica con los laboratorios seleccionados para participar en el a\u00f1o subsecuente. Se solicita a los laboratorios seleccionados que presenten un formulario a la FMH confirmando su inscripci\u00f3n al programa. poblaci\u00f3n padece la enfermedad de Von Willebrand (EVW) esta es, por mucho, el trastorno de la coagulaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s com\u00fan. No obstante, ya que los s\u00edntomas de la mayor\u00eda de las personas son muy leves, se calcula que hasta 9 de cada 10 personas con EVW no han recibido diagn\u00f3stico.
