data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Esta <em>3\u00aa edici\u00f3n de las Gu\u00edas para el tratamiento de la hemofilia<\/em> fue preparada por un panel internacional de proveedores de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica (PAM) expertos y de personas con hemofilia (PCH), y se public\u00f3 en agosto de 2020. El objetivo de la publicaci\u00f3n es establecer la norma de atenci\u00f3n a escala mundial y trabajar a fin de garantizar que todos los PAM y las PCH tengan acceso a las recomendaciones de tratamiento m\u00e1s recientes y actualizadas, lo cual, en \u00faltima instancia, generar\u00e1 resultados de salud ideales para las PCH, disminuir\u00e1 al m\u00e1ximo los da\u00f1os, y reducir\u00e1 las variaciones en la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica a escala mundial.<\/p>\n<p>Las gu\u00edas publicadas y los materiales de ellas derivados est\u00e1n disponibles en el Centro de recursos de las todas las MNTC, as\u00ed como para incrementar su <strong>reconocimiento<\/strong> y <strong>visibilidad<\/strong> dentro del conjunto de la comunidad de trastornos de la coagulaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p class=\"\">Esto se lograr\u00e1 mediante el desarrollo de la capacidad, la creaci\u00f3n de conciencia, y la recolecci\u00f3n de data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Actualmente, las mujeres y ni\u00f1as solamente representan el\u00a0<strong>4.5% de las personas identificadas con hemofilia, y no la cifra esperada de 30%<\/strong>, dado que por\u00a0<strong>cada var\u00f3n con hemofilia hay 1.6 portadoras som\u00e1ticas<\/strong>. Aproximadamente <strong>una de cada cinco mujeres<\/strong> que presentan periodos menstruales abundantes padece un trastorno de la coagulaci\u00f3n subyacente. No obstante, el subdiagn\u00f3stico de un trastorno de la coagulaci\u00f3n sigue siendo muy com\u00fan. Esto es preocupante debido a que MNTC corren un <strong>mayor riesgo de padecer varios trastornos<\/strong>, entre ellos anemia, hemorragias durante el embarazo y otros tipos de problemas hemorr\u00e1gicos. Asimismo, las mujeres y ni\u00f1as enfrentan\u00a0<strong>mayores barreras para la atenci\u00f3n en general<\/strong>\u00a0debido al estigma que rodea a la menstruaci\u00f3n, los prejuicios de g\u00e9nero y el sexismo. Todos estos factores contribuyen al hecho de que MNTC permanezcan\u00a0<strong>sin recibir diagn\u00f3stico y atenci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como subrepresentadas en bases de datos m\u00e9dicas y de aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2541\"><p class=\"\">El objetivo del componente de\u00a0<strong><em>desarrollo de la capacidad<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0es incrementar el acceso equitativo al diagn\u00f3stico y la atenci\u00f3n para MNTC, mediante las siguientes acciones:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\">\n<li>Incrementar los conocimientos de\u00a0<strong>PAM<\/strong>\u00a0sobre el tratamiento cl\u00ednico integral de MNTC.<\/li>\n<li>Incrementar la capacidad de las\u00a0<strong>ONM<\/strong>\u00a0para abogar por el derecho de MNTC a un acceso equitativo a la atenci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Aumentar los conocimientos de los profesionales de la salud y de las MNTC mediante el apoyo y el intercambio entre pares.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Esto se lograr\u00e1 mediante conferencias educativas, entre ellas la Cumbre mundial de la FMH sobre mujeres y ni\u00f1as con trastornos de la coagulaci\u00f3n, realizada de manera bianual, y sesiones de capacitaci\u00f3n focalizadas, as\u00ed como la preparaci\u00f3n y diseminaci\u00f3n de materiales educativos.
