Las Gu\u00edas ofrecen un m\u00e9todo sistem\u00e1tico y participativo para el desarrollo de la capacidad organizacional, fundamentado en un marco de referencia para el desarrollo de la capacidad. Tambi\u00e9n incluye una herramienta de autoevaluaci\u00f3n dise\u00f1ada a fin de ayudar a las ONM a comprender, medir y mejorar su desempe\u00f1o. Esta herramienta se utiliza como gu\u00eda para la valoraci\u00f3n de la capacidad, y fomenta la participaci\u00f3n activa de diferentes grupos dentro de la
